Norland Scarecrow Festival 2018
The Norland Scarecrow Festival was established in 1999 to celebrate the new Millennium. Each year there is a different theme. The Festival is run by the locals of Norland for the benefit of the whole community. This year’s festival theme is “Scarecrows beginning with N” – all the scarecrows will be built with this theme in mind.
